Medium-sized shelves, also known as layer shelves or shelf shelves, are named after their load capacity relative to heavy-duty shelves. These shelves are manually loaded and unloaded, with goods placed directly on the shelf surfaces. They are widely used in enterprise warehouses, storage rooms, supermarkets, hardware stores, and various commercial applications.
Medium-sized shelves feature a main and auxiliary section structure, typically consisting of columns, beams, and shelves. Columns are categorized as butterfly holes or diamond holes based on load-bearing capacity. Butterfly hole columns (generally under 1.5mm thickness) support up to 400kg. Both beams and shelves are selected based on single-layer load requirements.
The main section comprises four independent columns, while the auxiliary section has two columns that must attach to the main section. Each column features two rows of hanging holes for crossbeams, allowing installation on both sides.
